Contract and Payment - All services require a signed contract. A 50% advance payment is required, with the remaining 50% to be paid before the event date.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation 30 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the event date.
Event Changes - Any changes to the event date, location, or time must be communicated at least 15 days in advance. Additional charges may apply for any changes.
Liability - Combined Promotions is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or accidents. Combined Promotions is not liable for any damage to the client's property or equipment.
Security and Permits - The client is responsible for the security of the event. All necessary permits and licenses must be obtained by the client.
Conduct and Behavior - All guests and attendees must maintain discipline and proper conduct during the event. The client is responsible for any misconduct.
Technical Requirements - All technical requirements, such as sound systems and lighting, must be communicated at least 15 days in advance. Additional charges may apply for technical setup.
Confidentiality - The client's personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Dispute Resolution - Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual agreement. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in the local court.
Additional Services - Any additional services must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.
Note - These terms and conditions must be agreed upon and signed by both the client and Combined Promotions. They are designed to ensure the protection of both parties and to facilitate a successful event.
